What catering sizes do you offer?
We offer two catering sizes to meet your needs:
Small: Feeds 8-15 people
Large: Feeds 15-25 people
How can I place a catering order?
You can fill out the Catering Request Form on our Contact Us page. Be sure to include all event details, guest count, and any special requests.
Is a down payment required to secure my order?
Yes, a down payment is required to secure your catering request with ChefTee NYC. Until payment is received, your order is not guaranteed.
Do you offer delivery or pickup options?
Yes, we offer both:
Delivery: We’ll bring the food to your event location.
Pickup: You can pick up your order from our location.
Can I reschedule or cancel my order?
We do not offer refunds. However, rescheduling can be done at least 72 hours in advance of your event date
Will plates and utensils be provided?
Plates and utensils are available upon request. Be sure to select this option on the Catering Request Form if needed.
Are there additional fees?
Yes, there is a mandatory 5.6% food sales tax added to the grand total of all catering orders.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially for larger events.
